  OVH or SoYouStart (subsidiary of OVH)
  But I would probably go with Heztner for EU and ReliableSite or OVH for NA.

  I've been using Hetzner for more than a year now and they're the cheapest server with most possible support you can ever get. 64GB ram for $38? boi.
  I have their 60.5 euros 128GB RAM server for more than 6 months now.

  OVH and Hetzner are the best options for me, already with them 5-7 years ago .
