Looking for cheap vps/dedis storage server

I am looking for a storage server a cheaper one.
I found BuyVM (1Tb @ $30/month).
does anyone have experience BuyVM? Are they great?
This is for storage of files our photos and pdf files.
If you know other provider that is cheaper and has 99% uptime.
Budget is $40 monthly.
Can someone recommend a good storage provider.

Which BuyVM VPS is 1TB at 30 USD? Block storage isn't that expensive, nor boot storage that cheap. In well known providers, cheap SSD is Hetzner and cheap HDD BuyVM.
Only downside of BuyVM is that it's always sold out.
That is not bad ... May i ask what you are going to store ? I smell plex media library. In that case, just use google driive.
for 1tb storage than dedicated server is good idea instead of VPS.

I was a BuyVM customer for years, but there was a very serious incident and I ended up losing data. I used OpenVZ storage.
It was on ~ 23/12/2018
It was a beautiful headache.
I hope the new storage service is more secure now.
I am currently using https://securedragon.net and I really like the service provided.
