i need a cheap email service, used with my own domain, currently no more than 5 accounts with 1-2 GB of shared email storage, required access via a web browser and android mobile, also ability to further increase resources and accounts.
only private use is supposed, not business, therefore, a special focus on the safety & security, so highly desirable protection against viruses, spam, brutoforce and disclosure of personal data to third parties.
from wishes /: planned a price $ 2-3 per month (not per mail account), payment by visa or btc immediately for 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the amount...
maybe it will be, cheap website shared hosting, reliable with good uptime and webmail like ox app suite, after logic, round cube or sogo

You could try out BuyShared. I am not sure how well it guarantees email delivery but I personally haven't had any issues.

@MikePT MyW, not an email hosting, but he uses MailChannels as outbound relay which should be enough.

You missed the "z" on your IMAP/SMTP/POP addresses
you can go for either Gsuite or Zoho , zoho seems to have great pricing

mxroute i think it will be blocked in my country in this or next year, so many of us have our mailboxes there, but if, the creator of mxroute gives access to user mailboxes to our government, everything will work fine..
In that case, grab a shared hosting powered by mailchannels.
