Storage: 50GB (SSD or NVMe)
Bandwidth: 3TB (unlimited)
Access: Root
IP Address: 1
Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04
DDoS Protection: Yes
Budget: $8-$10 per month
Also looking for servers in Russia, Africa and South America with the same requirements.

What does this mean?
ipv4 or ipv6?
Can you pay annually? We can do that in Singapore, JP and Vietnam.
I would prefer to pay monthly initially, if possible.
