As per @rsk, they are less active here nowadays. If it's a support question, you'd have better luck opening a ticket. That said, with the Id festival, they probably had holidays.
Best bet is opening a support ticket @rsk/Ryan is always busy, his business partner is around more.
I opened a ticket with them a couple of days ago and they got to it promptly, so a ticket's probably your best bet.
