Would also help if you posted what kind of spec you are looking for too.

I believe we can all safely blame Brexit for this fiasco.
You can easily get a good server with a 10 GE port at Wired Blade for that budget. Opt for the SSD drive instead of the default HDD drive and it should help you quite a bit with fast load of images to server up through the web server.
About 10 GE, just sign up for any of the E5 servers with the default 1 GE port and you will actually get the 10 GE anyway. All of their E5 or above servers come with 10 GE default.
