Need Cheap VPS in Estonia, Poland and Ukraine
Hi,
I'm looking for a crazy cheap VPS specifically located in EE,PL and UA.
A small box with dedicated IPv4 address will be fine, it'd be used as one of my network testing tool's node - something similar to 'ping.pe'.
Price should be around $5 to $6 per year. (I know the cost of IP is not cheap,but still would like to see if someone can do that. If the price is too low to offer that, I'd happy to see the lowest price that you can offer.)

Thanks, I've seen them before, the lowest plan is for $1/mo. I'm looking for if there's someone can do cheaper than them.
I've heard them before, but their lowest plan's price still too much higher than my budget. A few years ago there was a provider called Torqhost offered that, but now Torqhost is a part of wavecom.
I saw fastvps.ee offers Estonian VPS too, for 0.99 euros per month, it's cheap but I'm looking for if anyone can do cheaper.

I think you've priced yourself out of the market with the dedicated IPv4 requirement. NAT (if there was any in the region) seems to be the only thing reasonable there.
The cheapest that I know of in Poland on here is @happybee - they had a $1/mo special but not sure if that's still going on.
For such a low budget NAT is a good choice, but unfortunately none of NAT providers have these regions yet.
