I am looking for a VPS with BGP Session NTT or GTT. (Who is have a direct connection with the upstreams)
United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France or any region with GTT or NTT.
1 vCPU
1GB RAM
15GB SSD Disk
1TB Traffic/month
Hostus, Vmhaus, Vultr, I know http://bgp.services/ .
Does anyone know more providers?

vmhaus and hostus don't have direct connections to NTT or GTT.
Well, we could provide NL, DE and UK but not on a VM sadly so if OP is still looking and has a budget for a dedicated then we can still help... we have GTT in all locations and NTT in London.
look at https://bgp.services and check the ASN in bgp.he.net for example to see if they have ntt/gtt upstream.
