Cheap unlimited/high bandwidth VPS?

Dearest All,
Mr Peach is in great need of bandwidth, especially in the United States and Canada. Other countries are cool too, but US and CA are most important to get first. BuyVM is great, but looking for others too. Specs of the VPS don't really matter, as long as its powerful enough to run a minimal Ubuntu template and has an IPv4 address. I don't want to worry about hitting the bandwidth limit, so I am looking for unmetered bandwidth, or high bandwidth (min 5 to 10 TB). BuyVM is $2 a month, so maybe around that for price. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
