Check the virtual root servers ipax.at offers on their website. What you get for your money there is great in performance and traffic is unlimited.
Maybe OP needs a VPS within EU (e.g. GDPR) - and is planning for more than one month.

Might also check ultravps.eu - their "Cloud-50" offer (SSD) is over your budget at €9 monthly, but if (fairly performant) SAS storage might work for your application then their "UltraKVM-50" offer at €6/m (with quarterly payment) might fit the bill. Yes, 100 % dedicated and can be used 100 % for 24 hours a day. Windows is no problem (without license). Because we assign all ressources dedicated there is no further discount possible, sorry

can you make disk atleast 50gb ssd, as window os keep almost half of the disk.
If the offer doesn't suit you, maybe you should choose a different one. Asking to nearly double the disk on a super-special is verging on rude.
