How do I cancel Colocrossing's servers

I bought two dedicated server in colocrossing, one in Los Angeles and the other in SAN jose. The network in Los Angeles is not stable. May I ask how to cancel this exclusive server? I looked all over the site and couldn't find it.

Oh well LET has so many master who can cancel your server in a minute, just share your login details too.

  • By the way, what is your contract/TOS with CC stating?

Try to contact support, ask them to cancel your server

  • You cancel a ColoCrossing server by deadpooling. This is how it's done since years.

Im assuming its support, as in "please install software A and software B on my server", not "cancel my server". So contact them. You also might need billing, not actual server support

You didn't read the terms of service before ordering? That is new...

P.s: pay a provider and use LET for free support is not new and OP should not fall prey to this trend.

    客戶必須通過Colocrossing在線計費中心提交適當的取消請求。 如果要求在發票到期日前六天之後提出,則取消服務的請求將在下一個結算日生效

A fella gotta make some moolah to have some bread!

You do know setting up new scammy/spammy hosts/brands costs money, right?

  • Wait till they deadpool.

So, an hour for support in hosting industry from a DC for $125 is expensive? After all, this is a managed service support, not the idiotic thoughts of OP that he will pay for opening a ticket...
