What happened to ChicagoVPS.net?
It has been about 16 hrs since I opened a ticket and they never respond me.
+Recently, there has been often downtime and maintenance notice from them.
It seems like I am not the only one having this issue.

weird.... i don't seem to have this issue. i've never had a ticket go without a reply for more than 2 hours....
i have 3 VPS's with them with no unannounced downtime.
should tag @cvps_chris in this thread maybe he can look into it

Please email me directly if you would like. I see no pending tickets for you and I know that I have not left andy tickets sitting there without a response for that long.
I would be willing to take a look at your issues.
