Zimbra already contains a fairly powerful antispam solution.
If it's not sufficient, you might want to use an external SMTP relay with inbuilt antispam, something like MailChannels or MailCheap.
SpamAssassin is great in CPanel. I also have Mailchannels as well mainly for deliverability, but they also include spam filtering and alerts.
