Edit, though saying that BF is just around the corner, you might find some crazy old woman giving those kinds of deals out
4gb of ram ideally. There are some providers I found that offer this kind of deal e.g. One provider but they all require id that I don't feel happy handing over to them.
I mean, we had cheap dedis for 8.99 with that specs, but 6? no.

IIRC, online.net had something within your specs, well at least the Atom part, and it was about 4EUR-5EUR/mth.
You're better off waiting for BF.
I'd stay clear of online.net -- they have a habit of sudden price (often drastic) price changes
