Problem with Gsuite Emails. They fail to deliver to cPanel accounts (Sender verify failed).
Hi,
I have a domain that uses Gsuite for email, but when trying to send an email to another domain that uses cPanel is always gives “Sender verify failed” as you can see on the image below:
I have check the Gsuite settings at: https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/checkmx/ and all seems fine (all checks are green). When checking the Gsuite Domain at intodns.com it shows the error:
ERROR: No reverse DNS (PTR) entries. The problem MX records are:
27.194.217.172.in-addr.arpa -> no reverse (PTR) detected
You should contact your ISP and ask him to add a PTR record for your ips
After reading Gsuite forums it says there is no need for ReverseDNS / PTR:

My guess is that the issue is with the recipient email, and I can contact the hosting company to solve the issue on this specific email box. But what about all other email accounts from my clients that I cannot control. I need to be sure that all emails from the Gsuite domain are delivered to my clients that are using cPanel servers.
Can anyone please help me on this? Thanks

Ignore that it'll lead you down a rabbit hole that won't relate to an issue.
Check that the sending domain isn't in the cPanel server. If it is, go into Email Routing, select the domain that you are sending from (the one using gsuite), and change it to Remote Exchanger. See if that helps.
It seems to have solved the problem. Thanks @jar
