Curious question to all providers

As a consumer, I'm always curious what goes behind the scenes.

What is your every day work like and what is the most common problem you get?

Everything from stacking servers, documenting, answering helpdesk tickets, answering live chat onwards to coding and automating repetitive tasks. I could be more specific with a more specific question.

Only few on LET are what I'd call "real" providers. The rest are just resellers who simply sits behind a monitor and let someone else clean their arse for a pee.

    THIS.

Nothing bad with being a reseller. There are great resellers and crap resellers. Resellers don't do anything too different from a normal person with a computer and internet connection: they just stare into a screen.
