Dell 1950 III PICE Problem
I got an somewhat older Dell 1U Server which trows the following error on boot up:
PCIe Training Error: Internal Storage Slot
I changed the backplane of the SAS drives also ive changed the raid card also.
Did anyone of you had this issue?
Also is there a possibility that it could be the Drac card?
The system has 2 CPU with Quad @3GHz and 24GB ram also 2x3TB WD Red NAS
A second server with mainboard issues is next to me in case you've some sugestions.

Possible the Raid card is bad. Try moving it to another slot. But a system that ancient is ready for the trash pile. You can try updating the bios/drac/etc firmware, but it's not worth much effort. You can replace it for $50 via eBay. But a VM on a modern server would be much faster, anyhow.
It's totally clear for me, that this server is for the trash can, but it's also something to learn from it. If I got this issue again, than I would maybe know what's the issue could be.
Also the controller has been changed. I think it could be the panel for the drac card maybe.

@LTniger I read that one and changed the mentioned boards. My last tought is still the Drac card or the board itself. Anyway i will build a table out of it with some resin. Old tech can still be usefull
Out of curiosity: where did you find parts for such old timer?
I had them laying arround in a forgottem space on my uncle's place... They wer're originaly out of a swiss financial bank but the good one about that, that it had 2 entirly new 3TB NAS Drives in them with like 2-3 spin up on them
1950 - 69 years old. Time to let it go.

That's why a fairly good chunk of Dell boards (mainly desktops nowadays) piss me off and many MiktoTik boards (less and less as time comes)...
They did a great product and fucked it up on some 20 cent capacitors, putting them straigth on the motherboard.
