It's pretty much old, like 7-8 years and all around internet as well. Owner is thinking to sell it with all clients. Services include: Shared Hosting, Domains, VPS, Dedicated Server, WP services and customer support.
This year revenue is $14000 and cost is around $6000, new owner can reduce the cost as he/she likes.
Update1: If buyer wants, owner can setup meeting in Dubai for face 2 face dealing.
Update2: Payment gateways are:PayPal (previously, not active now) 2Checkout (main and active), coinpayments.net (previously, not active now) blockonomics (for crypto and active).

The worth will depends on:
if 6000$ can generate 14000$, that isn't so bad biz. If can share 7-8 years financial data, the worth will be even more.
