Heads-up guys, you'd better be living right where Mama born you if you're going to order from Errant :) Obviously new customers are not allowed to travel prior to ordering, because I've tried purchasing a server and they said that because I'm not in the country of origin of my card I'm not accepted (I explained I'm on vacation even before they ask) and I should place order once I'm back home (which means changing country, is not like I went out to the supermarket). Funny thing is that my company has a VPN in the country of origin of my card, I was kind enough not to use it, as it would have not been correct.

Disappointed, first company to not recognize a risk-free customer and too bad because their offer is quite good. I hope you guys at Errant are not greek, because this is a good example how you get to financial crisis, turning away customers... (well that and the banking system:)

There might have been a misunderstanding, we just figured that you were going to be gone for a couple of days, so we thought it would be easier for you to just order when your back. I've set your order back to pending. If you order another server out of the country of origin then it will still mark you as fraud so just open a ticket if your out of the country.

    Sorry for the misunderstanding :)
Let me know if I can help you any further.

  • Thanks for the quick action, one more customer aboard

  • @vpnarea Your server should be online now. I hope you enjoy it :)

  • how many ipv6 you provide?

  • Usually whatever you need, we just do 10 whenever someone requests more when they ask for them.
