  • Hello,

Can you please remove the packages which do not comply with the rules here? The packages listed should not be more than $7.00 per month.

Additionally, the following would be appreciated:

    • Test IP, looking glass, download test?
    • Is this 100Mbit or 1 gigabit, how fast is the connection, this isn't specified?
    • How much bandwidth is included, if fair-share, what is considered 'fair'?

    Cheers!

  • I think I know the answer, but by core is it a hardware thread or physical core?
    CPU spec?

    Not the 1st time.

That was 10 months ago -- it's easy to forget the rules after 10 months!

I have had some tiny 512MB/10GB HDD KVM with them, CPU was 1x E5-2620 v4 @ 2.10GHz, ioping ok. No issue that I can think of.
SolusVM, IPv6/64 (had to request it), no bad surprise, network/peering was okay-ish.

Only their billing system was acting weird at times: got VPS briefly suspended when the automatic payment failed for no particular reason.

We have a test IP: 185.244.39.231.

The default uplink speed is 100 Mbps. This can be upgraded to 1 Gbps during the order process.

Traffic is unlimited, with a fair use policy. Our fair use policy means that the average bandwidth usage shouldn't be more than the average usage of all customers combined.

If you tested this on a server from our BUDGET vps range (HDD) then please keep in mind that the host nodes of this type don't have high-speed SSD drives, but standard HDD drives (in RAID 10).

Yes we do. You can attach the ISO file you want in the client area.

  • This is off topic but I'm not getting a response in my ticket for 3+ hours. VM has been down for around 5 hours. Seems like the hypervisor my VM is on is down.

@skbenterprise Can you share a geek bench 5 for X2 1 core, 2 GB RAM, 60 GB SSD ? Also, do you offer /64 IPV6 or only 1 IPv6 address?

    I'm in the same situation.

    Thanked by 1Lunar
  • @gbf Which one did you get? Did you geek bench it?

  • @cybertech Did you miss this provider? Or do you have geek bench?

  • @manish: I have one with HDD. Performance was fine for my needs until it worked. However half day ago it lagged strangely but I assume their HDD started to die already then.
Besides this, I believe full cpu cores are allocated.
I hope you not asked it because you want to mine cryptos there :)

No cryptos. Also, wondering if you get /64 of IPv6 or only 1 x IPv6? How is your over all experience? I find 3.99 EUR to be expensive, if it isn't a dedicated vcore. Which CPU do you think X2 is rocking?

We currently have a problem with a hypervisor. This is also shown on our Network Status page, available under Support -> Network Status within the client area.

    Mining cryptocurrencies is not allowed.

We provide a full /64 IPv6 subnet to virtual servers.

We use dual Intel Xeon E5 2620 v4 CPU's in most of our hypervisors. We also use some dual 10-core CPU's in some.

  • @skbenterprise Can you share a geekbench 5 result for X2 1 core, 2 GB RAM, 60 GB SSD?

Hypervisor has been down for 12+ hours and is still down :(

  • @Lunar Are you in trouble having rented this?

I'm pretty disappointed to be honest. Only one response on the ticket 4-5 hours after I submitted it. No responses after that about the status of the hypervisor. The VM was down for over 15 hours in total. Just buying this a few days before, then experiencing this does not make me have good faith in skb.

I am sure @skbenterprise is looking into it and would fix it for you soon.

    5 HOURS OMG

how many billions did you lose in the meantime? :(

  • Shot2 said: how many billions did you lose in the meantime?

Don't make fun. It hurts when it happens.

Hey, you have Veesp in your Signature. Do you suggest it for email hosting? Or Aruba? I use to have their 1 EUR VM long back.

  • I would not advise any of them for email or other sensitive/critical stuff, no.

Was nothing critical but just sad that it went down for so long just after I got it set up. Based on their claim of "Support available all day, 365 days per year and replies within an average of <1 hour" it's misleading to say the least.
