What are the cheapest VPS with own IPv4 ? (annual billing)
Only real requirement besides own IP is atleast 128MB memory and obviously a serious Provider. The NAT ones from Gullo.me for 2$ a year are great but I the shared IPs of them cause some problems for my use case.
Currently considering the 9 GBP (12 usd) offer from Quadhost.net with 512MB which is a great deal already, hoping for something a bit smaller/cheaper, preferably also in Europe.

@valerio - you might do well to check https://serverhunter.com then check reviews (or ask here) if you have any more discernable criteria (reliability, etc) beyond "cheapest IPv4" ...

got a 0.5$ month KVM with dedicated ipv4 from a russian provider offer some time ago, I highly doubt it is possible to go below this threshold.
Have a $1 / year vps with multiple ipv4 address. Anything is possible so long as you believe in papamach.
