RSS aggregators similar to planet.ubuntu.com
I have an idea in mind to create a public RSS aggregator similar to planet.ubuntu.com
I have seen that they are using Planet Venus ( https://github.com/rubys/venus/ ) however that's unmaintained since 2011 and I am looking for alternatives.
Do you know some software (preferably open-source) to achieve the same result?
I want to have the possibility to specify all the feeds that I would like to aggregate and generate a website containing all the links.

FreshRSS is an RSS aggregator AND reader. See this demo, with some work you can customize it to resemble Planet Ubuntu.
