Try HostDoc, the default package only comes with 20GB HDD so you need to add 30GB to it.

$5/month will get you 1GB RAM, 1 core, 40GB SSD, 2TB bandwidth .
there's Block storage on it, $0.80 per 8GB .
so with $5.16/month , you get what you want.
Unfortunately @hostdoc's traffic is on the low side, and to expand it is also quite costly. 100gb for ~2 dollar.
i need the storage all on a single volume, so this wont work either, unfortunately.
@HostDoc could most likely bump the bandwidth up a bit if you ask nicely
well you save $3 from your $8 budget. But if you can stretch a bit to $10, theres 60GB SSD.
