Excluding AWS and Packet.net is anyone aware of any Arm clouds operating commercially (with stock) currently?

I am aware of Scaleway but they seem permanently out of stock.

For building Armv7 containers (either via qemu w/kvm on arm64 or native).

    I thought scaleway c1's were available. I have one idling. If there is a way to transfer it to you, you can have it.

    C1 is available in Paris right now, and the ARM VPS is available both in Paris and Amsterdam (though warns about "Low stock" for Paris).

    @rm_ I must be doing something wrong. I can't get any ARM instances to show at all. Some x64 stock, but no ARM.

    I've contacted scaleway I suspect my account doesnt have access to ARM instances (for whatever reason).
