How long have you waited for support to respond?
Their typical response time for free plan is 7 days. Give it 4 more days (excluding weekends).
grey cloudflare ie use cloudflare for dns only... site still down?

Server provider is saying the server is up but have you checked? Can you log in to their hosting panel?
So provider is correct. Definitely an issue with CF.
Btw, if you really don't need all the fancy features that CF offers, why not use hosts DNS? It will make things so much easier for everyone

its your host server rate-limiting cloudflare i had same issue previously but after using cf for dns only i.e. grey cloud mine got solved definitely try your domain default dns management or host default NS issue will be solved i guess
