8GB RAM, dedicated core, EU
I am looking for a VPS with 8GB RAM and a dedicated core in the EU (the closer to Hungary network wise, the better). This will run an Elasticsearch cluster -- as it's not the primary data store, the storage needs are very modest, likely any server which has a dedicated core will have more than enough. So far I found https://www.netcup.eu/vserver/ this is 9 EUR for two cores, the second best I know is https://www.scaleway.com/en/bare-metal-instances/for 12 EUR but it's four cores. Brutal. I am looking at buying three of these.
