Hostsolutions.ro No response to the ticket and now the ticket is gone
Hello I'm writing here because I did not receive any replies for the ticket and now the ticket is not in my CP.
I opened a ticket on Jun 19, 2019 and I received my first reply on Tue, Jul 2 saying that his colleague will forward it and until now I did not receive any replies and now the ticket is not available in my account. I tried contacting @cociu on LET as well but did not get any replies for that as well.
If you can tell what happened to my Ticket and was the service extended? It will be grateful.
I know that this is a small plan but im expecting a reply from him.

I saw that, luckily im using that as a backup server. Agreed on the monkey part as well. I don;t mind the ddos but he needs to reply to tickets without vanishing them.
he said it was a bad ticket module that closed/deleted the tickets.
Oh did not see that part I will open another. Can you tag a mod to close this
U can choice either wait , get refund, or help write a working module.
I already asked for a refund or extend service since the payment was charged twice.No knowledge to program
I think you can just hit the "flag" button on one of your own posts to send a note to the mods. (Although then they might ban you. Just kidding, give it a try.)
