EDIT2:
http://ping.pe/95.216.36.235 for my Hetzner Finland server
Do you have IPv6 there? Can you post it or PM?
2a01:4f9:2a:2514:: / 64
Thanks, I must say Hetzner has really improved their routing for Russia, now only 37ms from my village to their DC over IPv6, and 41ms on IPv4. That's even less than within country to St. Petersburg on some ISPs.

Tested over Hotspot from my phone in my Dorm in Hangzhou, the signal is so poor that even baidu behaves not so well:

Considering the situation, the performance is acceptable for me. You know it's during the time of evening peak in China now.
I agree. it's 400k/s for upload speed. 5M port.
Hetzner will not, can not & does not work in mainland china. 3/10 times you might connect
I think I need Hetzner Finland.
Why is that ?
Interesting, the Great Firewall blocks connection to Hetzner?
Just for the record, since this is bumped. They ruined it again, now 62ms on both IPv4/IPv6. It looks like they got direct peering to my ISP, but it goes to Germany directly, so to Finland only after that. Retards.
