I'm looking for the following:
Dual E5, also open to Dual E56xx, L56xx, or X56xx processors.
48-64GB RAM
1x 128/256G SSD
4x 1TB, or 4x 2TB HDD (HW RAID preferred)
2x 1G bonded uplinks, 10TB bandwidth
/29 IP block
DDoS protection
NC, NY, TX, GA, or Chicago preferred, but open to other US locations.
I'm looking to spend under $100 a month

Question, would you be able to do either 2x 1G bonded, or 1x 10G with a 15TB bandwidth quota? I might be open to a single CPU server.
@MikeSpears we normally do only unmetered ports however we can always make exception. Please open sales ticket as we have plenty of connectivity options.
