Can’t beat Inception’s 100GB for €13/year.
I assume OP meant maximum 10/mo because 10/yr is absolutely unrealistic.
This is the closest madman's offer you will get for 13 Eur/yr.
Thank you, everyone's recommendation, I will check it out.

Have you just awoken from a spring and summer slumber?

Hmm, I received a Warning about my question actuall for "necroing an old post." Unless I totally misunderstood the date of the post, it was just a month ago, no? I myself am always on the lookout for a storage VPS and so I wondered if this person had found one, either from the suggestions or from their own search. I did also just get up from a nap to find these comments.
He really wanted to reach 50 comments to qualify for a NanoKVM!

Honestly, that is part of the reason for my sudden flurry of posts, comments, etc. At the same time, I figured I should get more active anyway. Didn't think it would get me a Warning!!
I actually thought it was funny. You trying to make up for lost posts.
The thing is that you're behaving like a spammer in order to raise your post count quickly.

Do you know there's a "Thank" button on the thread? It doesn't look like a month for me.
I meant rather that you've just awoken from a slumber (a long nap) in order to make all of your comments
So I just pressed "Thanks" at the top of the post but it didn't do anything to tell me the age of the post. Aug 20 is what the date tells me the OP asked the question. Is that too long ago to post a follow-up about the choice made?
It wasn't that post alone that triggered the warning.
It was the context of your posting mostly empty comments throughout the day in order to raise your post count that triggered the warning.
OK, I appreciate the comments, and the Warning, and I feel my responses to the comments are going to start looking more like the spam I don't want to submit, so I'll take the Warning to heart! I don't want to get banned from here since I've found lots of good services (like mxroute) from this site, and wouldn't want to miss anything.
I don't follow your point. The red arrow points to a date that says January 13.. from someone else, and I wasn't commenting on their comment. The original date of the tutorials actually says 2013!! Which if I had bothered to look closer before posting my own comment would have stopped me commenting since it is likely out of date.
Thanks!
