dual xeon dedicated server in US provider?

I am looking for a provider like wholesaleinternet. Cheap and good uptime %. performance is not something I am looking for, as long as there's no known throttling issue to connections. Could anyone help me :)

Things I'm looking for:
dual xeon (16 cores)
SSD
32GB RAM
preferably 1GBPS internet, unmetered or metered, doesn't matter

Budget is less than $100, prefer $50-70 like wholesaleinternet

Most of websites I've looked at are all sold out...

    What amount of RAM and bandwidth are you looking for? Do you have a budget in mind?

    yup, but out of my budget..

    Yeah, unfortunately we don't have those super old higher core count setups.

    We have 8 in stock, few preordered already. We expect them to be online in 3 days. We are waiting for rack to get ready.
