Here is where it gets a bit tricky, this machine is used for automations in which a video is played on the console, and broadcasted. The audio is looped through and appearing as a mic to the VM. Therefor actual full ACCESSIBILITY to the cores/power is a must. I've tried two different services (Hostwindws & Interserver) at their 4/5/6 core levels, and it would appear as though the cpu power to an extent is shared, as the audio will hit hundreds of over/under flow issues and cause the audio playback to be poppy/hiss.
However I can use the same spec machine on Azure without any issue.
if I can find a service that can fulfill the needs, gradually I will need about 30+ of these. However, please don't recommend your service if you cannot provide me with a 1 day trial.
