  What are you asking is basically 1st gen of E3. With 32gb ram and 2 drives those are generally in 50 usd range. If you bump your budget a bit, you may get much better options.

  You're not wrong, that's what I'm seeing. I found what I'm looking for for ~$45 USD/month and I just wanted to comparison shop a bit. Appreciate the feedback.
