Yes, it is possible. There are some tutorials on reddit (although I have not tried myself). I won't give link as it is a grey to black zone for LET. Besides, I read them some months ago and have not keep track with the thread. Search yourself
But, wouldn't be easier to install a lite linux edition with kvm or proxmox and on top of that, any windows you'd like on a single big full resources kvm vps?
