I'm looking for a dedicated server in non-EU/non-US/non-CA location, less than $40/month. The major requirements are stable network, cryptocurrencies payment, decent support. Almost any low-end HW config like 2-core CPU and 2 GB RAM would be ok.

    You should know that bandwidth price, along with everything else, skyrockets once you are out of first world nations.
