Do you have a budget in mind for this? How much real bandwidth are you looking to push on that 1G unmetered port?
This most likely will be tricky to find on a VPS itself.

@loael123 reliablesite.net gives the best price I have seen and it is a $99 a month add on.
Hetzner is in the Nuremberg, Falkenstein and Helsinki.
Rarely there is a VPS with guaranteed 1gbps port.
But there is always Dedicated Server with guaranteed 1gbps port.
If Dedicated Server is okay,
I will recommend ReliableSite.
