Looking for a free Bootstrap 4 Admin Theme to use in commercial project
Yo! Sorry if it is my second post today 
I’m looking for a free and decent Bootstrap 4 Admin Theme. My purpose is to use it in a commercial project, so it must have an adequate license.
Do you know any theme that matches my requirements?
Do you think is safer to write my own simple theme or get a free one?

I like it really much, but MIT license?
I've read it but I can't understand what I have to do to legally use this theme with my commercial product.

AdminLTE is very stable, although it's Bootstrap 3.

Integrated it to a project I'm working on, and considering the beta status it's pretty usable.
