Superb VPS has HiFormance IP's, too good to be true?

Hello,
I have ordered a windows VPS from them using LET's offer:

When I browsed to speedtest to check my speed, it is showing that my ISP is HiFormance. Could it be that SuperbVPS is another scam host and will deadpool? Or did they just happen to buy HiFormance's IPs when they deadpooled.
Their VPS's are really cheap for the specs and a part of me thinks its too good to be true.
