High core count, high storage server request
Hi there,
I'm looking for a server that quite literally has everything, I'm struggling to find what I'm looking for (due to the GPU part of my request) so thought I'd give providers the opportunity to provide some offers.
CPU: 8+ Cores (doesn't need to be quick cores)
Storage: 4TB+ (RAID 10 preferrably)
Bandwidth: 20TB+ (Unmetered incoming would be nice, not required).
DDoS Protection that is GOOD, it is a must.
GPU/iGPU would be very nice as it'd cut some of my costs, but again not required.
Location wise it'd need to be in the United States, central is my preferred location but East & West are both acceptable. My budget without a GPU is $100 per month, with GPU it'd be $150 per month.

This CPU has 4 physical cores, they advertise it as 8 just to make it look like it has 8 when really it's 8 threads.
I'd say 8 ht cores = 8 not-that-quick cores, but YMMV. Anyway, most providers use HT so you might want to mention that you need non-HT cores, or just 16 cores.

GPU is possible, but it changes things alot, due to custom casing needs, so rather avoid it if we can. Honestly, not worth the trouble for $50/month, as barely covers GPU cost with extra space and power it requires.
