Dont buy VPS in Malaysia, its a joke, try something in singapore, latency to singapore VPS from malaysian fibre is around 8ms - 18 ms. VPS in malaysia usually have the network speed of 10mbps, meanwhile our ISP can provide speed up to 1gbps, my house connection is faster than the servers in malaysia.
