It have only 4 GB ram and i badly failed due to ram because windows 2012 occupies whole ram any other solution ....

The best way is to create a template for example using Proxmox. Use the tips that Joodle has in his blog.
It’s not hard.
1. Change to rescue mode
2. Use “dd” command with joodle image
3. After “dd” completed, change to normal mode and reboot
