Keep an eye on your credit card/PayPal statements. I got an email this morning from 2checkout complaining that the card I had on file was declining a transaction for my VPS, even though they've "shut down" (I asked my bank to put a block on all transactions due to other reasons). This is incredibly dirty on AlphaRacks's part.
I know I should never attribute to malice what can adequately be explained by stupidity, but considering all of the shady things they seem to have done, I suspect they're hoping people don't check their statements to walk away with a few bucks.

Their method usually works because, while the amount per is small, they have the volume.
They are also not getting caught because of that as well as the mindset of cheapos.
