You can install Proxmox on Debian 9. Almost all dedicated server providers support Debian

it's worth to mention that you wont have lvm-thin that way, unless you configure it yourself, which might be problematic with preinstalled debian and if you have no clue what you're doing.
I'm willing to set you up with hetzner and proxmox with zfs and dhcp that way no separate mac addresses and even local network, or in fact if you get the server I will install it all for you no charge
