VPS or dedicated in Europe from a provider that uses HE - and allows BGP session
I know it may sound like an odd request, but looking for a VPS or Dedicated in Europe (any city) that leverages HE as one of their main upstream providers.
Budget: $40-$50 per month (minimum of 4G of ram)
Requirement: It has to allow me to announce my own IP address (/24) via a BGP session.

We dont have HE as "overall" upstream provider, however with do peering with them over KleyReX Frankfurt and have them for IPv6 Transit.

Not as upstream but we peer with them at dec-ix as well, maybe that is enough for you?
