Can you not just add a 120gb volume 😂
Use LVM. But be sure to choose ceph as local volume type as well.
That way when ceph fails, it will be No-Array situation.
@vimalware's suggestion is a good one.
Also, in my experience, Hetzner's local NVMe storage is significantly faster than a mounted cloud volume. From the cloud volume, I was seeing a maximum read or write throughput of around 100 Mbyte/sec, whereas the local NVMe performs many times faster.
