How to order Server from ovh with PayPal balance?

I have balance in my PayPal, I want to order a server for the very first time from ovh, BUT and as soon I try to pay with PayPal it takes me to enter credit card page, while I already have balance in my PayPal.
Is there any other way I can pay to ovh, or is there ANY other payment processing option that will take money from my PayPal or payoneer and can sent it to ovh?
I read about stripe but I am not in USA.
I do have payoneer, and other THAN ovh my PayPal works fine, tried PayPal and ovh support, they both claim the issue is with the other one, so I am struck.
