i think for japan and some other locations, they just "resell" other providers but hide everything. so with some mtr or traceroute you think it is m247... for japan they resell i3d which is also available over oneprovider
@RootNerds advertised a japan location if I remember right.
For better or for worse (usually for worse), they have their own network.
In Tokyo, their blend is NTT + TATA + Equinix Connect.
I couldn't say they're better than i3d but their connectivity to China is much better than i3d.
