  Also might check with @freerangecloud - they may offer a $15/yr KVM in Canada or Fremont (you'll have to PM them or put in a ticket, I don't think they advertise that deal)

  Can confirm, we'll do the following for $15/yr (Fremont or Ashburn only)

   512MB RAM
   15GB HDD
   1TB monthly traffic
   1x IPv4
   /64 of IPv6
  

  rDNS can be managed through our DNS control panel (via request)

  I got one from you if you can remember and your service is excellent, for this vps, do you have another location? I don' want the same location with first vps I got from you.
