TechVPS promotion scam
Hello everyone, I recently bought 2 vps annuals from techvps, the first in new york, instantaneously activated everything ok,
The second in Los Angeles,this time after a perfectly understandable 24 hours delay, another vps was activated in new york, I asked for explanations via ticket and was told that the los angeles were not available.
At this point I asked a refund but they always said
"Thank you for contacting TechVPS. This is an admin related task (sales, billing, admin, etc) so I am flagging this ticket to the respective department to handle"
After 4 days while they keep reponding me at the same way, they stopped responding via any form of contact they have.
I invite you to stay away from this provider, very bad experience and extremely bad customer support.

As a general common sense, STAY AWAY from any host that is hosted on CC network (the only exception to this is Virmach).
My Techvps host has been down for close to a month now, ... I've lost track. I didn't have high hopes for $18/year, but I know I'll never recommend them to a client of mine. My linode (nano) box is AMAZING although a bit more per month. Worth every penny.
Techvps was never good to begin with. I believe they are part of the alphawootnfpbytes mess.
