Have you tried logging out and then back in again ?
login into your file manager via panel if you have one or connect via FTP there will be error_log generated in your home dir, additionally change this setting in your WP-config files :
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
if nothing works disable all plugin from file manager by renaming them and check if problem is solved or not
You likely have a space before a
<?phptag.I just had a customer with this issue on some custom theme he had.
